Secondary foods: Fresh seasonal fruits are the best example of this category. They should contribute to 30-40% of your diet and can be lightly cooked as well if desired.

Tertiary foods: Dairy and poultry products such as eggs or fruits makes up this category. They should contribute to 5% of our diet. Oils and fats should be included as well to make up about 2% of our diet. Olive oil is a great option here.
